November visit is on and with our own HSE Dive Doc attending to this PADI Specialty.
There will be a bit extra as our Doc can give additional advice and info as she has had training with the Royal Navy in Portsmouth.

New Open Water Divers

I want to congratulate the following divers that completed their Open Water training this weekend:

Scott Parker (one of our own skippers on MacD)
Shaun Brewer (aka Mince meat)
Will Morris (Bruce)

This has been one of the easiest courses i have had to run so far and the fact that no one had any problems with the skill requirements meant there was plenty of time to get another short dive in.

Special thanks to our two DM Trainees Alan & Steve that worked hard to make ensure that Simon and myself could get on with the task at hand, this as been an exhausting weekend but a worth while one.


one last message of thanks goes to Newhaven Scuba Center who kindly allowed us to use their open water site for our teaching.
